Lothlorien was designed and built for, Lothlorien Apartments LLC, owned by the Ferguson family of Seattle. Construction was complete in 2008.
Management is provided by Ferguson Property Management LLC, also owned by the Ferguson family, managing family and friends properties in Seattle since 1975.
On site management is provided by Juan Morales and Norman Thomas. Juan and Norman together have 14 years of on site management experience. On site management is provided by John Livingston, who first joined Ferguson Property Management in 1998.
The managers keep office hours in Suite 106, just off the lobby, weekdays and Saturday 10am to 2pm and Sundays 1pm to 4pm. Juan, Norman and John all live in Lothlorien and someone is always available, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for emergencies. (For emergencies only: 206-469-0838)
